The Circuit Setter calibrated balance valve is designed specifically for pre-set proportional system balance. This system balance method, developed by B&G, assures optimum system flow balance at minimum operating horsepower. Each valve is a three function precision instrument providing manual flow balance, flow metering and shut off.

A device for instant visual balancing of hot or cold water flows. With B&G Thermoflo balancer installed in each circuit or zone, the entire system can be quickly balanced to meet original design calculation.

Thermoflo Indicators can be installed wherever and when-ever Hydronic flow rate information is desired. With a B&G Thermoflo Indicator installed in each circuit of a Hydronic System, flows can be accurately flows can be monitored.

The B&G Circuit Sensor Flow Meter is a precision machined wafer-type orifice insert that is installed between standard 125, 150, 250 or 300 psi ANSI flanges, to monitor system flow with a minimum friction head loss.  System flow is determined by obtaining a differential pressure across the flow meter orifice by sensing upstream and downstream pressures through the readout valves, then referring to the calibrated nameplate for the corresponding flow.  

B&G Readout Kits are designed for use with B&G Circuit Setter Balance Valves. Circuit Sensor Flow Meters and Triple Duty Valves. They may also be used to check differential pressure across other system components including B&G pumps, Suction Diffusers, strainers, coils, etc.  Readout Kits consist of a differential pressure gauge, hoses with 90 micron inline filters to connect upstream and downstream of the flow measuring device, a set of readout probes, Circuit Setter calculator and carrying case.
